Important Notice Regarding Shipment Schedule Changes During Peak Season

Dear Valued Customers,

As we approach the end of 2025 and the upcoming Chinese New Year in 2026, we are currently managing a significantly high volume of vehicle shipments. To ensure operational stability, guarantee sailing reliability, and meet all delivery timelines during this critical peak period, we are implementing the following policy:

Effective from December 7, 2025, until Tuesday, February 24, 2026 (the first working day after the Chinese New Year holiday), all confirmed vessel schedules (including FCL, LCL, and Ro-Ro shipments) and rail transport bookings, once finalized between the customer and AutoCango, will be fixed and no longer subject to change.

Key Point:

• This policy applies specifically to Ocean Freight (all modes) and Rail Transport.
• Road transport arrangements are not affected and may still be adjusted based on capacity and mutual agreement.
