Leapmotor D19 Teaser Reveals New Flagship Large SUV  


Leapmotor officially released teaser images of the D19 on October 10, positioning the model as a large flagship SUV. The vehicle is scheduled for its global debut on October 16, with an estimated price range around RMB 300,000 (approximately USD 42,300). According to available information, the D19 will be equipped with LiDAR technology and Qualcomm's Snapdragon Automotive Platform Premium Edition, significantly enhancing both advanced driver-assistance capabilities and intelligent cockpit performance.



BYD Han Long-Range Edition Debuts with Multiple Upgrades, Starts at RMB 159,800  


BYD launched the Han Long-Range Edition on October 11, offering both DM-i plug-in hybrid and EV powertrain options. The Han DM-i Long-Range variant comprises four configurations with post-subsidy prices ranging from RMB 159,800 to RMB 189,800 (approximately USD 22,500 to USD 26,700), while the Han EV Long-Range version offers three variants priced between RMB 173,800 and RMB 205,800 (approximately USD 24,500 to USD 29,000). The updated model features the DiLink 100 Advanced intelligent cockpit system integrated with the DeepSeek large language model, introducing practical functions including seamless smartphone connectivity and wireless microphone-free karaoke. The DM-i version offers a pure electric range extended to 245 km, achieving as low as 3.44L/100km fuel consumption under depleting conditions and a comprehensive range of 1,560 km. The EV variant delivers electric ranges between 635 km to 705 km, with energy consumption as low as 10.6 kWh per 100 km.



Facelifted Geely Xingyue L Spy Shots Surface Online  


Recent spy photos have emerged showing the facelifted Geely Xingyue L, a compact SUV undergoing significant interior and feature upgrades. The cabin adopts a simplified, comfortable layout, replacing the previous dual-screen setup with a large central touchscreen paired with a smaller instrument display. The gear lever has been updated to a more compact and refined design. Powertrain details from prior Ministry of Industry and Information Technology filings indicate the model will carry a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine producing maximum power of 200 kW, coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
