Roewe M7 DMH Debuts with Limited-Time Price Starting at RMB 85,800 (approx. USD 11,900)  


On September 17, Roewe launched the M7 DMH, a long-range full-size luxury sedan. The model is available in three variants—160 km Comfort, 160 km Premium, and 160 km Elite—with official prices ranging from RMB 97,800 to RMB 114,800 (approx. USD 13,600–15,900). Customers who place and confirm orders before October 31 qualify for limited-time pricing between RMB 85,800 and RMB 102,800 (approx. USD 11,900–14,300). Equipped with the advanced DMH 6.0 super hybrid system, the M7 DMH delivers a pure-electric CLTC range of 160 km, exceeding the industry standard of 100–150 km. Its full combined range reaches 2,050 km, with energy consumption as low as 2L/100 km and fuel costs under RMB 0.2 per kilometer.



Stelato S9T ADS 4 Assisted Driving System Undergoes First In-depth Test

Journalists recently conducted an extensive test of the Stelato S9T’s assisted driving system, noting significant improvements in lane changes, follow-distance control, and obstacle avoidance compared to the previous ADS 3. The system also supports automated ETC passage. Its enhanced Park-to-Park (P2P) 2.0 navigation assist enables cross-floor valet parking with one click. Built on Huawei’s latest TURING platform, the S9T comes standard with adaptive air suspension and continuous damping control, along with an upgraded six-in-one cross-domain architecture. The vehicle achieved a moose test speed of 83.3 km/h. Launched on September 16 with a starting price of RMB 309,800 (approx. USD 43,000), the model recorded over 7,500 firm orders within 24 hours.



Chery Automobile Plans to Issue 297 Million H Shares Priced Between HKD 27.75 and 30.75  


According to Livermore Securities, Chery Automobile announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 17 its plan to issue 297,397,000 H shares, subject to the over-allotment option. The price range has been set at HKD 27.75 to 30.75 per share, with pricing expected to be finalized on September 23. Trading is scheduled to commence on the HKEX on September 25.



GAC-Huawei Joint Venture Unveils New Brand “Qijing”  


Following a meeting between GAC Group Chairman Feng Xingya and Huawei CEO Ren Zhengfei, the two companies have significantly upgraded their collaboration. It has been confirmed that the new co-developed brand will be named “Qijing” or 启境 in Chinese, targeting the premium intelligent new energy vehicle segment. An official launch is anticipated to be held soon.
