Business Introduction and Safety
For every confirmed transaction, AutoCango provides the customer with a Proforma Invoice (PI). Once payment is received—via bank transfer or other accepted methods—we sign a formal agreement with the client and commence end-to-end services, covering vehicle procurement, export documentation, shipping logistics, and final delivery.
As a publicly listed entity, AutoCango adheres to rigorous corporate governance standards and operates within strong legal frameworks in both Mainland China and Hong Kong. All customer funds are securely managed, giving clients full confidence to conduct business with AutoCango, free from concerns regarding transaction or payment security.
Each vehicle exported by AutoCango is processed through fully compliant and government-approved export partners in China. By maintaining active comprehensive control and collaborating with accredited export providers, we ensure every vehicle is protected under Chinese law and delivered safely to international customers.
