Dear Valued Customers,
As we approach the end of 2025 and the upcoming Chinese New Year in 2026, we are currently managing a significantly high volume of vehicle shipments. To ensure operational stability, guarantee sailing reliability, and meet all delivery timelines during this critical peak period, we are implementing the following policy:
Effective from December 7, 2025, until Tuesday, February 24, 2026 (the first working day after the Chinese New Year holiday), all confirmed vessel schedules (including FCL, LCL, and Ro-Ro shipments) and rail transport bookings, once finalized between the customer and AutoCango, will be fixed and no longer subject to change.
Key Point:
We understand that flexibility is important, and this measure is essential to secure space, optimize logistics flow, and ensure seamless service for all our customers during the industry-wide peak season. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your dedicated account manager.
Best regards,
AutoCango Logistics Team
