BYD's Denza Unveils Z9GT and e³ Platform at 2024 DENZA TECH DAY

On August 20th, BYD backed Denza held its 2024 DENZA TECH DAY, launching its e³ platform and started pre-sales of its Z9 and Z9GT.

Impressive Pre-Sales and Market Response

The Denza Z9GT, positioned as a class-D intelligent premium flagship GT, states pre-sale on the launch event with a price range between RMB 339,800 to RMB 419,800. On August 22nd, Zhao Changjiang, the Sales GM of Denza announced that the Denza Z9 and Denza Z9GT 24-hour pre-sale orders surpassed the monthly sales of mainstream luxury sedan in the same price range.

The Denza Z9GT Key Specifications and Features

The Denza Z9GT measures 5180 in length, 1990 in width, and 1480mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3125mm, bringing sporty look and large space that rivals Benz S Class.

The car provides both EV and PHEV editions. The EV edition boosts a maximum power output of 710kW, equipped with BYD’s lithium iron phosphate blade battery, offering a CLTC range of 630 kilometers. The PHEV edition boosts a combined maximum power of 640kW, offering a combined maximum range of 1100 kilometers. Furthermore, both Z9 and Z9GT are equipped with Yunyan A dual-chamber air suspension. It seems that Z9GT is definitely offering a top-level driving experience.
