- It must be cleared on arrival at Luanda port, and when done in more than 30 days, the vehicle is charged 5% in CIF price.

- Copy of entry visa

- Employment letter that indicates the name, function, and company of the one who hires the car

- Passport copy, stamped with Angolan entry visa stamp

- Copy of “Contribute” and “Resident”

- Declaration of value to tune the car by the shipper

- Packing List written in English or Portuguese

- Tax Identification Number: this should allow one to import an item listed in its preference order from the Ministry of Transport

- Air Ticket copy and a valid return coupon

- Import license if imported for a company
