UBS: Bullish on Chinese Automakers' Leading Role in the AI Revolution
On February 10th, Gong Min, Head of China Auto Industry Research at the UBS, noted that in the long term, the bank anticipates Chinese automakers to take a leading position in intelligent innovation and promote these technologies in the mass market, despite their market valuation accounting for only about 10% of the global automakers' market value. UBS expects the NEV start-ups with a technological background in vehicle manufacturing to be priority name on their watchlist, as they have laid out plans in automotive AI development and application as well as manufacturing
processes.
