The goal is to make basic intelligent driving functions standard across all entry-level models. BYD is reallocating resources across the group to reinforce its autonomous driving departments, emphasizing the company’s commitment to technological advancement. Furthermore, BYD aims to introduce high-level autonomous driving (highway NOA-level) functions to vehicles costing around 100,000 yuan by next year. The rollout will start with models under the Denza and Yangwang brands, equipped with the Dipilot 100 (God’s Eye) Intelligent Driving System.
DEEPROUTE.AI Secures $100 Million in C1 Round Financing
On November 5th, autonomous driving technology company DEEPROUTE.AI announced the completion of a $100 million C1 round of strategic financing, led exclusively by a leading domestic OEM. The funds will be used to bolster domestic mass production projects, expand overseas business, and push forward the commercialization of Robotaxi operations and VLA model development. DEEPROUTE.AI has completed six rounds of financing, amassing over $500 million. Prominent investors include Fosun RZ Capital, Yunqi Partners, Alibaba, Glory Ventures, and Dongfeng Asset Management.
