NIO Achieves First-Ever Quarterly Profit


On March 10, NIO released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025. The report shows a fourth-quarter net profit of RMB 280 million (approximately $40.4million), with an operating profit of RMB 1.25 billion (approximately $181.2 million), marking the company's first quarterly profit. For the full year, NIO remains in a loss position, with a 2025 net loss of RMB 14.94 billion (approximately $2.17 billion), though this represents a 33.3% year-on-year reduction in losses. Founder and CEO William Li previously set several firm targets to achieve this fourth-quarter profitability.



Updated Zeekr 007GT Price Hike Expected? Zeekr: Not Yet Determined


Regarding news of an expected price increase for the updated Zeekr 007GT on March 10, Zeekr stated that the new version will feature the next-generation NVIDIA DRIVE Thor-U assistant driving chip and a 900V high-voltage architecture. The new car is expected to launch in the second quarter. Addressing price rumors of a RMB 5,000 (approximately $700) to RMB 8,000 (approximately $1,200) increase due to rising costs, the company noted that pricing is still being evaluated and has not yet been finalized.



Pre-sales Open for the All-New Lotus For Me Starting at RMB 528,000


On March 10, the super SUV Lotus For Me officially opened pre-sales with two versions priced at RMB 528,000 (approximately $76,500) and RMB 588,000 (approximately $85,200). The model comes standard with the NVIDIA Thor chip, enabling high-speed and urban NOA functions. It features a 900V "Lotus Luyao Super Hybrid" architecture and a 70kWh battery, achieving a 0-100 km/h sprint in 3.3 seconds and a comprehensive range exceeding 1,400 km. Even in a low-battery state, the 2.0T hybrid engine maintains a 3.5-second 1-100 km/h acceleration time.



CAAM: China's Auto Exports Maintained Rapid Growth in February


According to CAAM data on March 11, China exported 672,000 vehicles in February, a year-on-year increase of 52.4%. New energy vehicle (NEV) exports reached 282,000 units, up 1.1 times, while traditional fuel vehicle exports hit 391,000 units, up 26.2%. Specifically, passenger NEV exports rose 1.2 times to 276,000 units, while commercial NEV exports fell 24.9% to 5,000 units.



Two Jetour Traveler Models Launched Starting at RMB 107,900


On March 11, the Jetour Traveler Junma and Freeer Junma editions were officially launched. The Traveler Junma edition is priced between RMB 144,900 (approximately $21,000) and RMB 154,900 (approximately $22,400), while the Freeer Junma starts from RMB 107,900 (approximately $15,600) to RMB 117,900 (approximately $17,100). Both models feature the XWD automatic intelligent FWD system and a smart torque manager, allowing for two-wheel to four-wheel drive switching in under 0.15 seconds.



Voyah Dreamer Champion Edition Launched with Huawei Qiankun ADS 4 for RMB 309,900


On March 10, the 200,000th Voyah Dreamer rolled off the line. Simultaneously, the Dreamer Champion Edition was launched for RMB 309,900 (approximately $44,900). It features a 192-line LiDAR with a 250m detection range and unique narrow-road U-turn assistance. This launch is part of Voyah's strategy to build a complete product matrix ranging from RMB 300,000 (approximately $43,500) to RMB 700,000 (approximately $101,400).
