Refreshed Zeekr 007GT Faces Potential Price Increases

Latest market reports from March 9 suggest that the upcoming refreshed Zeekr 007GT, set for a second-quarter launch, will see a price adjustment. Expectations point to an increase between RMB 5,000 (USD 700) and RMB 8,000 (USD 1,200) over the current model. This adjustment is driven by the rising costs of the high-performance Thor assisted-driving chips, which utilize scarce DDR5X memory. Furthermore, surging lithium ore prices have inflated battery costs across the industry. This trend follows a similar price hike recently implemented by Chery’s Exeed brand for its ET5 model.
