Xpeng Motors, a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, has officially announced its entry into the Hong Kong market, showing the Xpeng G6 and Xpeng X9 models.

This milestone comes after Xpeng announced a relationship with the Sime Darby Auto Group, establishing the Auto Group as Xpeng's official dealership in Hong Kong. The G6 and X9 models will be listed in mid-May, with delivery beginning in Q3.

Along with the arrival of these vehicles, Xpeng Motors intends to create a flagship store in Hong Kong. With Xpeng's activities already in France, the Middle East, Africa, and Hong Kong, the company plans to expand into more European areas this year. Xpeng Motors also anticipates a future in which company revenue is evenly split between the global and Chinese markets.
